Wonderful news! As of last night, The CCAA has made the announcement that beginning March 15th, single women will once again be able to adopt from China threw the Special Focas Children Program. It shocks me that they made this decision and it takes effect tomorrow!!!! This is GREAT news! What this will mean for special focas children is unimaginably wonderful. I'm sooooo happy for the wonderful single women who have been hoping and praying for the opportunity to parent one of China's waiting children.

You're so right! It is wonderful!! There are still a number of restrictions to eligibility but the main thing is that more precious children will be able to find forever families due to this change. Way to go CCAA!!
