DTC Feb. 18th!

I emailed the province to see if they received our dossier from our agency yet and they said they sent it abroad on the 18th and CC@@ signed for it on the 21st. Now they will log us in (LID) and send a LSC (Letter Seeking Confirmation) to our province for us to sign and the province sends it back to them. I'm not sure if all this can happen in time for us to travel in April. :o(. We still have to send our passports to our agency a month before we go for our China travel visas and unless our agency requests that in the next week we won't see a travel date until May. I'm still holding on to hope but I know that it's in God's hands and if He wants us to wait then we wait. Funny how everything seemed to happen so fast then slowed to a snail pace! I'm still trying to figure out the whole Special Focus program procedure! It's all new to our agency too so I guess we just play it day by day. If you want to know more about this program here is a great resource HERE.
Momma and Baba are coming soon sweet boy!

In my last post I showed you a photo I found on a site that had photo's of Sugar Pie's orphanage. Well I went on a search again and found another one! I think she is even younger in this one. The first night we had her she packed up her little kit bag that the orphanage gave her and she had a meltdown at the door crying out for "Mamma Na" I wonder if this is Mamma Na who's knee she is on... Finding these pictures means so much to me. We don't know much about her first 4 years of life so treasures like this are like a glimpse of her past. One day they will mean the world to her too!

I was humbled and blessed to hear of other families on the Helongjiang yahoo site that found their little ones after posting the link to this site. One sweet lady told me that she just happened to be cleaning out her trash on her yahoo account and clicked on my blog URL and seen my last post. She emailed me privately and I sent her the link. She and I each found a picture of her sweet daughter. What a blessing! God is good! All the time! I love how God uses us for His glory, especially when we least expect it! Blesses my socks off! Bless you Karen!
