Friends Award and Superbowl Aftermath...

I had me some Miss K therapy today! I can't get enough of this baby!

Thanks Kim for the Friends Award! What a nice surprise.
I started my blog 3 years ago or so and I can't believe all the things that have gone on in our lives since then. I have met so many wonderful new friends. I remember when I first started I was pretty sceptical about meeting new people on the internet and didn't want to let them know much about me. I soon realized that many of you were going threw the same stuff I was and I was able to let my guard down.

There are three types of people that keep me in balance in life:
1. Those who's lives I feed into.
2. Those who don't feed into mine and I don't feed into theirs.
3. Those who feed into my life. I like to call them my replenishers.

Many of you have become my replenishers. I just want you to know that I am forever grateful for your words of wisdom, encouragement and just for letting me know it's just fine to have real feelings.

Getting this award means the following:
"These blogs are exceedingly charming.
These kind bloggers aim to find friends and be friends.
They are not interested in self-aggrandizement.
Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships will be propagated.
Please give more attention to these writers.
Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly- written text into the body of their award.

Ok you know already how I feel about picking people so I am going to pick the last 8 people who commented on my blog so you know I am not picking favorites...I think you are all wonderful friends.

1. Nadine from Just Being Me
2. Shannon from Elena, r u? Happy Birthday my sweet friend!
3. Alyson from Imagine Alyzabeth An
4. Amy from When Love Takes You In
5. Lea from Oh My # 6
6. Shionge from So Shiok...!
7. Monica from Dumplings, Three
8. Dianne from Our Journey to Baby M

Thank you guys for being such wonderful friends. Hugz Me!

I was pretty sad to see the Cardinals loose last night but they really did have a close game. Both teams played with skill and grace intact. There was only one person at the party who went for Pittsburgh and coming on the end he was swaying for the underdog as well. I ate waaaaay toooo much! Honestly can you get a hangover from eating too much spicy food? Today all I ate was a bowl of cereal! Bleck! I still feel gross! Here are a couple of pics from the evening. Have a wonderful week!

We rooted for the Cardinals, too! :( But at least it was a close game and, therefore, interesting to watch.

I sorry to see the Cardinals lose too. It was a good game.

Thank you for the award. You are just a sweetheart.

Miss K is such a cutie. I totally understand not getting enough of her.

Thank you so much Debz for the award, truly appreciate this but most importantly I think you have been so genuine in sharing your thoughts and friendship.

Imagine we were so close to meeting each other back when I made that trip to Canada. Still, do let me know if you do ever consider visiting Singapore, I'll be here for you :D

Hey, love the pictures of seeing of you in red :D

Darcy's party was also one that where all but one were rooting for the Cardinals. (Darcy just rooted for the Steelers because she likes to be oppositional!)

Thank you for the award!

Funny, we were routing for the Steelers first until the brawl happened. and then we rooted for the Cardinals. It was a very good game no matter who won.

Deb, love the hair girl!

Sorry about your birdies not winning. It's too bad. I don't really follow football, so it didn't really matter to me.

However, Miss K is ADORABLE in that picture.

And I love your hair too. :-)

What a party! That is the biggest mug I've ever seen! No wonder you felt dodgy the next day!. Miss K is so sweet... Thanks for the mention and the birthday wishes. I'm drowning having gone back to work. Ellie walked about 5-6 steps Sunday! Will blog soon. Just trying to catch up with you and your doings. =)
