Jaclyn's Dessert!

Remember I said Jac was going to make dessert for Easter dinner? Well here it is Sushi! Dessert style! The inside is a little coconut snowball cake wrapped in a fruit roll-up with icing and coconut on top to look like rice and even the little gummy fish! Isn't it adorable!
We almost had to cancel Easter dinner because wouldn't you know it we got blasted with a snow storm once again. It ended up simmering down enough for everyone to get out. Jac sill wanted her egg hunt so I went along with it for another year but told her she would have to hand over the baton to Miss K next year. Maybe just maybe we'll get to hide them outside next year.
Below are just a couple of the Grandbutton on her first Easter, she sure is growing! She'll be 6 months on the 24th already.

Debz, your sushi desserts are adorable for sure. It appears you had a nice Easter? Wow, snow on Easter.

Your question about scrapbooking pages I use. The program I use is called scrapbook factory deluxe. That's what I ues to redo my blog pic as well.

Take care and thanks for the comment on our blog.

Those are too cute! Except for the coconut part. I don't like coconut. But I would make them anyway, because they are so cute!
