On May 30th my friend Dara will be participating on the Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life.
Cancer has deeply impacted her family. The team is named after her brother in law, Chris (Farmer Chumley). She is participating in his memory. This fundraiser can not take away the sorrow of Chris' passing, but it does help knowing that they are playing a role in the fight against cancer.
I'm looking forward to cheering her on!

I am relaying too. I lost my mother to cancer last year. My father has been fighting a rare form of cancer for 18 years.
