Just Buzzzzing By...

I don't even know where to start it's been like a bee hive around here lately trying to do all the things that we'd like to do before we go to China! Nesting sounds soo...hummmmm....CALM!! I can't really compare it to that so, ya, it's more like we are a swarm of bees in a hive and I'm the Queen Bee which is ironic that that's what Debbie actually meanzzzzz! Buzzz Buzzz LOL!

Shane has been working on the deck finishing that off, my screen door for my salon and the gazebo, and one wall that is left in the laundry room that he is crack filling. We ordered some vinyl lattice for around the 3 decks...it was supposed to be sage green but it arrived forest green! Ick...we sent it back for the right stuff and it probably won't be here for a week or more. I have a list as long as my arm of loose ends to tie up so we can have a week of R&R sometime before we travel.

I'm on the 3rd wall of Jazmyn's room, I have no place to put everything in her room so I push everything off to one side and do a wall, wait for it to dry and do the next. I think I'll have that done this week. Trying to keep up with the yard work, garden, laundry, work, and regular housework and do lots of little odd things around the house is taking up a good 99.99 percent of any and all free time I have. If I do take any time I spill over with guilt!! You know your a mom when! In any event I "wouldn't" trade places with anyone. ;O) Did I mention I have 3 weddings coming up too...ahhhhh!

Went out for a late lunch with some of the local China Mommas last Wednesday. It was awesome to reconnect with them I did get some info and tips on our up coming travel. As it gets closer and my mind clears of all the clutter up there I'm sure I'll have many more questions for them. If I can gather all my thoughts together one of these days I'll make a list of some tips and tricks from those who went before us to those who will be in the future.

We are at day 32 since LOI and are praying not to become a part of the 100 day club before we get LSC and TA. I'm really feeling like I'm between a rock and a hard spot right now because we have our mission trip coming up the first of August for 2 weeks and 1. I don't want to go and miss the call of our LSC. 2. I don't want to be packing and leaving within a couple of weeks from our mission trip and 3. IF I JUST KNEW I COULD PLAN MY SUMMER AROUND OUR TRIP!!! I hate not knowing!!! Plus....should I stay home from the mission trip anyway for financial reasons??? AHHH! All I can do is wait I guess and use my best judgment....I mean if they called and said we won't be going until the end of September then I think I could go to the mission trip....oh the dilemma! Whatever is suppossed to happen will happen right?....I just really want to go hold my daughter!!!!

Last weekend Shane and I went to Toy-R-Us and got a few educational toys for Jazmyn and I noticed 2 racks of things that had children's names on them...I spelled Jazmyn a little different than normal and kinda felt a tinge sad that we wouldn't ever find anything with her name on it....then I entered a draw on Michelle's blog and guess what???? I won!!! A costume made bracelet with JAZMYN'S name on it!!! Not to mention a SWEET little frame (for our first family photo!) and note pad. Thanks for letting me play along Michelle! Here is one of the bracelets she made! Isn't it adorable!!! Ok I better get back to the matters at hand....which reminds me, can anyone give me a remedy for this????
