Beauty and The Beast Kinda Ice Storm

It started to freezing rain last night and from inside it sounded like a spring day.....HA YA RIGHT! It's beautiful out there today but a beast when it's 2 inches thick on your car and not even an 8th of an inch from the wheel well to the tires of your car and frozen 3 inches into your driveway!
I had to take a hammer to the mailbox just so the mail man could open it to give me my mail!

Bailey went outside and you know it must be bad if he does his business right there on the deck!

All in all it really does look like there are chandeliers encasing everything.
What perfect timing to answer the last few questions and how timely they are!

Shionge asked....Would you consider flying over to meet me since I missed that chance to meet you? (She lives in Singapore.)
A. Ummmmmm! If it's sunny and warm there how about yes!!!!!!!!! come pick me up at the airport tomorrow!! Is that too soon? Truly if I could ever afford to do that I think I would actually consider it!
Wendy asked....If you were stranded on an Island what book would you bring with you?
A. Well he he! actually I "AM" stranded on an Island! Half of this winter the bridge has been shut down to major vehicles, heck I'm stranded in my drive way right now....a book on how to cope when you feel like a shut-in would be a pretty good start! Ok Ok I know I'm a little silly tonight. For real I would bring the Bible how that for serious. LOL

Fliss asked...Did your friend ever get her future husband over to Canada?
A. Trust me he would not survive in this weather! Stay where you are Steven I'm saving your hide!!! LOL, Unfortunately no, Kim got her working visa three months earlier than they thought, the red tape is truly ridiculous. From what I understand she is going to go there on a working visa for a year and they will get married as soon as they can. My friend said if she has to get married there we'll just rent a bus and all go to Michigan for the wedding!

Have a wonderful rest of the week everyone...love your ICE PRINCESS! Enjoy the pics.

Ack! And that sign totally reminds me of one we say in China at the Great Wall. It said "Don't Fall Down." Snort.

Ice storms are beautiful. (If you're inside, not trying to get out.) We had one this year. Thankfully not as big as yours!

Stay Warm!

That is great that they are starting to figure out who to be together... forget about what country you are in... as long as you are together... trust me, with a 10,000 mile relationship that Mike and I had... something will work out...
I am loving the colour of your car... though not the ice... does look pretty on a twig though...

The ice looks so pretty on the heart in your first photo.
Today and tomorrow we are going to have some balmy temps so I am going to send some your way...

Thank you Debz for answering my question ;)

Yes, it is hot & sunny all year round and you know what? I actually missed the snow in Canada. I cannot believe that there were icing all over until now :D
