3 word Sunday and clip from youth trip.

The youth group trip was an unforgettable one. We were hosted by a Montreal Christian Church and their youth group. We stayed in their ministry center on air mattress and sleeping bags. I had a blast the first morning jumping on their mattresses to wake them up and watching them fly in the air with their sleeping bags!!!! Yeee Hawww! Then I opened the blinds!!! LOL They love me so I got away with it.
We went to the youth conference then the concert which was awesome! Then we toured old Montreal which I must go back to one day with my hunny. It was so romantic! There were 3 weddings taking place while we walked threw. Speaking of romantic...while we were at the conference in front of almost 2 thousand people a young youth leader got up and proposed to his girlfriend, it was so sweet! The French are so romantic! After Old Montreal we had a pizza party and played icebreaker games and talked a bit then we hit the hay because we had to get up early to make the 12 hour trek back to the Maritimes.
The bus ride home looked much different than the bus ride there. These kids started to talk about the things they were struggling with in life. It was a VERY healing experience for them. When we were almost home my heart sank.....although it was a 12 hour bus ride I didn't want the trip to end.

Youth Trip 2008!

Sounds like a great trip. I love Montreal. I have relatives that live there and have gone many times when I was a kid.
